Working with Brian Pugh and his team on my VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance (IRRL) was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, the process was seamless, transparent, and completely hassle-free. Brian and his team went above and beyond, ultimately beating out every offer and rate competitor companies presented. If you are looking for a team that is professional, communicative, and truly dedicated to getting you the absolute best deal possible, look no further. Five stars all the way!

From my first interaction with Ruban, I was confident my wife and I had chosen the best lender (American Prime Lending) to work with.Ruben provided me with the best solution for our needs. He and Elaine guided us seamlessly through the process. I believe we may have gone from application to closing in record time. This has been one of the, if not THE BEST, Customer Experience I have ever had with a financial institution. And, the Staff is what made this experience so special. Thank you for your assistance. We will Most Definitely recommend APL to our Family and Friends.

I’m not here to give out 5 stars because my experience with Susie Navarrete and American Prime Lending deserves 10 stars!! Working with my realtor was truly a top-tier from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire home-buying process feel smooth and stress-free. Susie was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. Thank you Susie! Will 100% work with you again!
