I cannot sing enough praises about American Prime. I had a very difficult situation because I demolished my house without funding sorted - not knowing a “construction loan” was not so easy to obtain. American Prime not only educated me but worked tirelessly for months to get me funding, wherever possible. I highly recommend them and refer all of my friends.

Good experience overall. Worked w/Mark Bloom; he was quick to reply to our initial inquiry and stayed in touch throughout process. Explained the programs available and answered all our questions. Once we locked in the rate, the process moved very quickly and we closed within estimated timeframe. Would recommend APL for anyone looking to refi.

It was a long journey to shop around the dream house I wish for. Since it was started, I've checked several options from the big banks to the lending companies. I was lucky enough to meet Michael Haboud. (A friend of mine introduced me). At the beginning I wasn't that much interested, since everyone giving the same number. I was expecting that with Mike also. He was detail-oriented and was trying to explain every single question (most are silly questions). Thank you for that. But he came back with a different number which is higher than what I was provided. It was attractive. He went above and beyond to have the best number. We had such a seamless experience working with Lou Duran and his team of processors. As first time home owners, we were not well versed in the intracacies of the loan process, however Lou and his team walked us through each step with ease and full professionalism. Every question was answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. We were also welcomed and encouraged to come to Lou and his team with any questions or concerns as they understood purchasing a new home can be a nerve wracking process. We were amazed at how fast and efficient Lou and his team worked as we were fully processed within two weeks, allowing us to move into our home much sooner than we had anticipated.
